1. What this site is

The Uncovered is an automated, AI-assisted service that surfaces stories underreported by mainstream media and drafts articles from public sources. It is independent analysis, not an official news organisation, and its articles are generated by AI and are not reviewed by a human editor before publishing.

2. Accuracy and no reliance

AI can misread, misframe, or omit context, and sources can themselves be wrong or incomplete. Content is provided “as is” for general information only, and is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. Verify claims against the cited primary sources before relying on or sharing them. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• systematically scrape, harvest, or copy content or data from the site;
• republish, redistribute, or resell our content or reproduce the site, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its design, code, branding, and original content are owned by The Uncovered and protected by law. All rights are reserved. You may link to and quote articles briefly with attribution, but you may not copy or reproduce them at scale or present them as your own. Cited third-party sources remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Payments

Some features (such as funding a crawl or a topic-alert subscription) are paid. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Because a funded crawl is delivered immediately as a digital service, it is generally non-refundable once run. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current period.

6. Corrections

We want to be accurate. If you spot a factual error or a misrepresented source, use the correction form on any article or the contact page, and we will review it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Uncovered is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
